Library Meeting Room Procedures


  1. Read our Meeting Room Policy
  2. Fill out a Meeting Room Request Form at the circulation desk
  3. Reserve your room at least 14 days and no more than 90 days in advance
  4. Bring a valid state-ID and your library card
  5. Pay the $25 reservation fee
  6. Need to cancel? Notify us at least 24 hours before the event

 

Library Meeting Rooms and Uses


The Library has four meeting rooms that are primarily intended for use by the Library. When the meeting rooms are not being used for Library purposes, they may be reserved by Joliet Public Library card holders. To reserve a room, you must read and agree to the Meeting Room Policy and submit a completed Meeting Room Request Form to the circulation desk at either of the two branches. Black Road Branch 


Meeting Room D

Minimum Capacity: 7

Maximum Capacity: 40

Meeting Room E

Minimum Capacity: 7

Maximum Capacity: 40

Meeting Room F

Minimum Capacity: 7

Maximum Capacity: 40

All three rooms at the Black Road Branch may be booked individually or booked simultaneously for a combined capacity of 120.
