The Joliet Public Library has a free parking lot located at the corners of Clinton and Chicago Street. Free parking is also available on weekends at decks located at Cass and Scott Streets and on Ottawa Street between Clinton and Jefferson Streets. Street parking is free after 12:00 pm.
