Popular books and manga are just the start of what we offer teens at the Joliet Public Library. We also offer online homework help, opportunities to earn community service hours, and fun programs just for middle and high school students.

Each of our branches has a special room for teens to hang out and meet together. Activities, including games and crafts, are always available. The Teen Room at the Black Road Branch is open to students in grades 7-12 during all library hours. The Teen Hub at the Ottawa Street Branch opens at 3 p.m. on school days and all day when school is not in session. The Ottawa Street Branch also has video gaming and teen-only study rooms.
